6+ Years in transition role
Qualification: CA / MBA
Job Description:
Growth and Financials
- Smooth transitioning of processes/ activities into SSC India
- Assisting the SSC Head in change management and coordinating with sending countries
- Smooth integration or separation of acquired/ sold business as per company accounting standards
Operational and Functional Excellence
- Responsible for planning, change management and smooth integration of processes into SSC India
- Adherence to the plans and defined project timelines
- Defining key success factors and ensuring adherence to the same while transitioning the processes
Leadership
- Provide direction with action plan to the process managers and the people travelling for Knowledge transfer
- Create effective messages to communicate how Shared Services supports the stakeholders
- Ability to make courageous decisions on difficult issues
Continuous Improvement
- Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape
- Contribute and / or lead implementation of quality / continuous improvement programs
- Support process improvements initiatives and related projects ( sponsors CLNX projects within SSC)
Relationship Management
- Maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams in and outside the SSC
- Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
- Respond to critical vendor and internal client inquiries (all escalation cases)
Candidates Profile: SAP FI Accounting Experience is preferable
