- Transition Management: Understand the Transition approach & methodology and implement effective transition management to ensure smooth & successful transition of processes.
- Must have done 4-5 onsite transitions.
- Handled onsite transitions individually for Finance processes, preferably European region.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Transition Trackers, dashboards, process templates etc.
- Worked in Multi-cultural environment and global exposure.
- Having Transition Project Management experience.
- Self-starter with high energy, proactive.
- Prior experience in managing a functional team within shared services (preferably - Amongst P2P, O2C, RTR).
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Exposure to workflows and enabling tools for shared services, risk management.
- Performance measurement and automated reporting - service levels, customer complaints, RCA and Prevention.
