Hiring Transition Manager for one of my leading client into Captive business.

Role : To produce and lead strategic recommendations for the implementation of SSO strategy for the organization; developing F&A service catalogue; liaise closely with Global PMO and collaborate with diverse stake holders across different geographies to drive & implement shared services strategy; to support Services Migration and Service Transition Strategy for Global Business Services in F&A and HR Towers and take accountability for delivering the GBS Roadmap. To take complete responsibility for end to end activities related to transitions.

Alternate skills : Analytical Skills, Project Management, Team Management, Presentation skills and good computer knowledge on MPP & MS Office

Key accountabilities (Role Description) :

- Strategize and conceptualize transition training roadmap with detailed planning on Migration & Stabilization of the transitioned F&A and HR services from regional locations to GBS center

- Develop Transition methodology & approach / transition tool kit and lead its effective implementation.

- Provide necessary support for incubation period of newly approved migrations to reach steady state operations.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enable development of overall GBS strategy and effectively mobilize & channelize organization resources towards successful implementation of GBS strategy

- To lead / collaborate with senior stakeholders in a dynamic business situation thru effective relationship building & project management skills.

- To efficiently implement the GBS strategy in a timely and effective manner; Lead and manage the New Business & Service Transition teams through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development

- To develop Transitions Framework and related supporting documents e.g., SLA / OLA / SOW, etc..

- Ability to influence decisions by logical reasoning based problem solving approach and without having hierarchy relationship

- Lead and create new opportunity for developments and Work with Partner Markets and SSO teams towards increasing SSO Footprint in Partner Markets

- Influence working relationships with support functions, Finance Organisations and internal GBS teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

- Ability to chase challenging time lines and successfully work in ambiguity will be key success criteria to this role.

Other Details relating to Position

- Requires frequent travelling; must have a valid passport

- May require extended working hours to drive implementation

Desired Profile :

- Overall 10-12 years- experience ; Minimum 5-6 years experience in Project Management in a Captive Finance Shared Service Organization or third party BPO

- Must have independently led at least 6-8 transitions project from different geographies outside of India; exposure to Europe transitions will be added advantage

- PMP Certified, Strong knowledge and in depth understanding of end to end F&A process across all three towers - P2P, O2C and R2R and desired knowledge of HR shared services

- Exposure of working with Senior stakeholders like CFO, Director of Finance, Service Delivery Leaders, Heads of enabling functions like IT, HR, Admin etc

- Solutioning Expert - to lead development of As Is and To Be organization structures for Retained & GBS organizations.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, Negotiation and influencing skills

- Expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PPT and MPP

Education/Technical/Functional qualifications and/or Professional Certifications:

- PMP or similar Project Management Certification

- MBA or CA

- Trained on Six Sigma Methodology will be additional advantage

Soft Skills / Personality :

- Ability to get things done through people without having direct reporting hierarchy

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervision

- Plan and execute projects keeping end to end view of all deliverables and stakeholders

- Solution oriented- mindset while dealing with adversities / challenges

- Managing ambiguity

- I am only looking for Full tome MBA or CA from Delhi/NCR region with strong experience in transitioning of F&A process from different geographies outside of India.
