1. Owning transition workstreams from third party to host Novo Nordisk

2. Helping teams successfully deliver and adapt to change

3. Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule and budget requirements

4. Conducting workshops to provide team members with information on financial protocols

5. Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner

6. Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress

7. Spotting any transition related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 7-9 years experience as Transition Manager-Commercial Effectiveness

2. The source should have successfully completed a minimum of three end-to-end incentive compensation transition projects.
