Responsibilities:
a) Have core transition experience (they should have managed End to End ITES/BPO transitions themselves)
b) Responding to proposal requests and winning new deals
c) Transitioning new deals into the operations center
d) Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high-quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
e) Involved in solution planning for deals
f) Project manage the transition into the operations delivery center to ensure a smooth and successful transition
g) Stabilize of Operations post-go-live
h) Conduct Due Diligence
i) Managing client-facing activities, primarily during client visits to the operations center
j) Are proficient in MS-Excel /MS-PowerPoint.
k) Have experience in creating project Gantt Charts.
l) Are able to create project plans in MS-Project.
m) Good communication skills.
n) Good at client/stakeholder management.
o) Are able to create project plans in MS-Project.
p) PMP certification or training will be an added advantage
q) Knowledge of six sigma tools and methodology will be an added advantage.
r) Managing client-facing activities, primarily during client visits to the BPO center
s) Participate in Sol Review calls
t) Support Bid & response build
u) Assist the Knowledge transfer Lead in the KT process
v) Project Staffing & Staff Onboarding
