Transition Manager
Job Overview :
As an integral member of the Transitions team, Transition Managers would be responsible for participating in the transition processes of various processes and functions. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end process for Transitions, ensuring that key elements during the process are addressed and resolved. This role reports to the leadership within the Transitions team.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- The candidate should be able play the role of a facilitator of the transition processes and should be able to manage the required logistics to ensure a smooth and successful process transition.
- They should be able to operate and handle various frameworks, tools and technologies that are used in the transitions process.
- Understand the policies and procedures and to use them as a guideline in daily tasks.
- Track all ongoing transitions and expedite requests for scope and determine key stakeholders needed to support sub-processes and requests.
- Support teams in gathering relative facts and data.
- Undertake key activities and tasks utilizing tools needed to successfully execute the transition and expedite process.
- Should be able to document information and create data presentations.
- Create, maintain, and act as a custodian for all the artifacts that are a part of each process transition.
- Setup and participate in tollgates and checkpoints during the transition process.
- Work on enhancing the transition framework and the playbook.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in technology, management, commerce, or related disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in handling process transitions preferably in a business process outsourcing setup.
- Working knowledge of the US mortgage industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust to changing priorities.
