- Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transition Manager to join our team within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

- You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the successful transition of projects within the organization.

- This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in leading complex migrations, particularly within the domestic financial services industry.

- Responsibilities: Lead and manage the transition of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive transition plans, defining scope, resources, activities, timelines, and risks.

- Estimate efforts, identify and mitigate potential transition risks, and develop contingency plans.

- Manage communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transition lifecycle.

- Oversee the migration of data, systems, and processes to the target environment.

- Ensure smooth stabilization and go-live of transitioned projects.

- Implement and maintain effective governance processes for transitions.

- Develop and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, business units) and external vendors to ensure a seamless transition process.

Skills: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Transition Manager, preferably within the BFSI industry.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex transitions and migrations.

- In-depth understanding of transition management methodologies and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge and Awareness: Strong understanding of transition management concepts like scope, efforts, transition risks, stabilization, governance, and reporting.

- Familiarity with domestic BFSI regulations and compliance requirements (a plus).

- Knowledge of data migration best practices (a plus).
