Fortune 50 MNC working in areas of Insurance services space with 3000 people in their India Offshoring BPO operations looking for Head Transition / Migration who have experience in Transitioning non Voice process like F&A
AVP Transition will be responsible for improving Co's transition methodology and toolkit for BPO. He/She would drive transition-center of excellence in BPO.
- Leading the Global Transition & Change management program by working with CXOs towards Socializing the strategy, aligning them with Org goals and obtaining their buy in to ensure seamless execution
- Will lead Transition Programs across Delivery Centers for organization with transition management teams located across India and conducting large and complex transition programs, with focus on risk & cost management
- Provide inputs to the Business Transition Strategy and develop customaries transition plan for respective verticals and horizontals based on client needs in order to ensure sustained focus on transition excellence and delivery
- Will be responsible for Client relationship management, project management, Complex program management
- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes. Use quality techniques and tools to evaluate current levels of performance, identify improvement areas and work with the quality team to create improvement plans and tools with a view to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Create a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget for all transition projects spanning across the verticals and horizontals for which am responsible for in order to enable timely and efficient implementation, identification of critical dependencies and optimal utilization of resources
- To build best in class execution and build high performance organisations in the outsourcing services space.
