We are looking for a dedicated and Intelligent Manager in the CEO's office who can manage wide range of responsibilities, as he/she will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office.
Job Description:
Executive Support:
- Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing their schedule, arranging meetings,coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
Information Management:
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents relevant to the CEO's office. This mayinvolve managing confidential information and ensuring its security
Communication Liaison:
- Serving as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This could involve drafting communications, responding to inquiries, and facilitating effective communication channels.
Project Management:
- Overseeing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO. This may involve coordinating cross functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring project objectives are met.
Strategic Planning Support:
- Assisting the CEO in strategic planning activities, such as conducting research, gathering data, and preparing presentations or reports for strategic decision-making
Event Coordination:
- Planning and coordinating events, such as board meetings, executive retreats, and corporate functions, in collaboration with other departments or external partners
Policy and Procedure Implementation:
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented within the CEO's office and across the organization.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and discussions within the CEO's office.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- Proactively identifying issues or challenges and proposing solutions to address them. This may involve making decisions on behalf of the CEO or escalating issues as necessary
Continuous Improvement:
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the CEO's office and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Representing the CEO:
- Acting as a representative of the CEO in various internal and external settings, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Overall, the Manager in the CEO's office will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's vision and objectives, ensuring effective communication and coordination, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Qualification:
- Tier 1 colleges only. IIMs, XLRI, SP Jain etc.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use the information for reporting Drive and manage own tasks effectively; work independently and be an effective contributor
