Growth Manager - Europe Geography

We are looking for a talented and experienced Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives for our expanding portfolio of D2C FMCG brands. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of driving growth in cross-border markets, managing P&L responsibilities, and leading high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy Development & Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for cross-border D2C FMCG brands, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

- Drive customer lifecycle management, leveraging data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.

- Identify new growth opportunities across multiple geographies and markets, with a particular focus on scalable, sustainable growth.

2. P&L Management:

- Own the P&L for multiple D2C brands, ensuring profitability while driving revenue growth.

- Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

- Collaborate with finance and senior management to set and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive growth strategies.

- Collaborate with international teams to understand local market dynamics and consumer behavior in different regions, tailoring strategies to meet market demands.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and boost brand visibility.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Use data analytics and insights to evaluate performance, assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

- Implement growth tracking and performance measurement systems to ensure KPIs are being met.

- Utilize A/B testing, customer segmentation, and market analysis to refine marketing and sales strategies.

5. Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior members.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability within the team.

- Drive recruitment efforts to expand and build capabilities for long-term success.

Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in growth, brand management, or P&L ownership within the FMCG, retail, or D2C sectors.

- Tier 1 MBA or equivalent management studies from a prestigious institution.

- Proven experience in managing cross-border operations and expanding brands across international markets.

- Strong track record of P&L management and achieving revenue targets in high-growth environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

- Strategic thinking with a focus on execution, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

- Strong understanding of cross-border logistics, supply chain management, and international market dynamics.
