About the Role:

- We are looking for a driven marketing professional to join our exciting, fast-growing D2C e-commerce store. You will manage key parts of our organic and retention channels including emails, SMS & WhatsApp, .

- As a D2C, we love in-depth metrics and data points - so we go beyond simply measuring ORs and CTRs. You will develop and continue to optimize the best retention journeys our customers can experience, finding the perfect balance between immediate revenue and a long-term customer relationship. You will strategize weekly promotions, launch campaigns, sales campaigns as well as funnels/drips/journeys to meet monthly and yearly goals, being responsible for a signification portion of monthly revenue.

- Our ideal candidate is a results-driven, detail-oriented professional with experience in email/SMS/organic marketing management and has a knack for data analysis. You should have a willingness to broaden your expertise and go the extra mile. To create impact in a fast-paced e-commerce company, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success.

- Ultimately, you should be able to oversee the entire customer's communication journey to ensure sales conversions, brand consistency, and an unforgettable positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize retention including email, SMS, WhatsApp and more

- Work with content writers to curate extraordinary content personalized to your audience

- Experience & expertise in setting up as well as managing enterprise scale email, SMS and other channels.

- Segment audiences based on campaigns or strategies

- Execute continuous A/B testing

- Develop and present performance reports on a weekly basis

- Innovate with new ideas and strategies in not just frequency and type of email but also content

- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets

- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright, data protection, marketing laws)

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing

- Attention to detail

- Not afraid of challenges and willing to put in the hard work

- Reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership

- Ability to multi-task and follow deadlines

- Good organizational, self- and time-management skills

- Willingness to learn skills outside of comfort zone

- Willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to take initiative

- A humble and cooperative attitude
