Content Strategy Head

The Ayurveda Experience, you'll be at the heart of our content creation process, driving the strategy behind exceptional content that goes above and beyond the increasing mediocrity available online today. Your work will fuel The Ayurveda Experience's growth in performance marketing, leveraging content to not only engage audiences but also drive measurable actions. You'll collaborate with talented teams to develop content strategies that speak to a sophisticated audience that expects nothing less than exceptional work.

Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis & Consumer Insights: Dive deep into market trends and consumer behavior to develop content strategies that align with The Ayurveda Experience's goals and drive performance marketing.

- Editorial & Content Planning: Develop and manage an editorial calendar that balances creative storytelling with performance metrics. Tailor content strategies for both new and loyal audiences, optimizing for engagement and conversion.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external content creators, marketing specialists, and data analysts to develop compelling content narratives that resonate across platforms.

- Content Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine content approaches, ensuring maximum reach and impact. Implement best practices for social media engagement and audience growth.

- Content Presentation: Work with creative designers to determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers to induce them to take business actions.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights to continually refine and elevate The Ayurveda Experience's content strategy.

- Language Custodian: Oversee the writing style, tone and voice for all content to ensure consistency within the brand.

- Compliance & Auditing: Understand and enforce local compliance regulations related to content and conduct period content audits.

What We're Looking For:

- Passion for Exceptional Content that Drives Action: A genuine love for creating out-of-the-box content that's not only engaging but also shows actionable results.

- Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in content strategy, with a knack for turning insights into action. Experience with performance marketing is a plus.

- Creative Vision: An innovative thinker who can brainstorm and execute content ideas that break the mold.

- Copywriting & Editorial Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for what makes content shareable and drives monetization.

- Collaborative Spirit & Organizational Skills: Experience working in dynamic teams, able to communicate effectively with creative, marketing and data teams during multiple projects.

- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in The Ayurveda Experience's fast-paced, high-pressure, ever-evolving environment, responding quickly to industry trends and audience feedback.

- Business Mindset: Have a keen interest in organization goals and targets. It doesn't matter how good your content is if it doesn't drive revenue and business growth.

- Stickler for Details: You spot grammar mistakes and typos and won't let a piece of content get published until it's error-free.
