About the Role:

Job Summary: As a Brand Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to build and enhance the reputation, visibility, and perception of our brand. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. Through market research, analysis, and creative thinking, you'll identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Brand Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that effectively communicate our values, mission, and unique selling propositions.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Brand Positioning: Define and refine the brand's positioning in the market to maintain relevance and competitive advantage.

- Target Audience Identification: Identify and profile target audiences to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively.

- Communication Strategy/Brand Messaging: Develop clear and consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints, including marketing collateral, advertising, and digital channels.

- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content aligned with brand messaging and objectives.

- Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and brand expression.

- Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of branding initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams such as marketing, design, product development, and sales to ensure brand alignment and integration across all activities.

- Brand Experience Enhancement: Continuously explore opportunities to enhance the overall brand experience for customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (minimum 15 years) in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the FMCG, Retail or eCommerce industries

- Self-starter, ambition, drive and a sense of initiative is a must

- Strong understanding of branding principles, market research methodologies, and consumer behavior.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for market research, analytics, and project management.
