Requirement :
- Batch - MBA from Premier B School 2014-2015 -2016
- Currently must be handling Sales transformation projects for more than 1-2 years.
- It is an IC role.
- Must have worked for GT/ Omni/ ecommerce roles in the past so that he understands the CD team thoroughly.
- Experience with leading org-wide transformation projects
- The incumbent will have the opportunity to spearhead the design & implementation of the digital transformation strategy for the Customer Development function.

You will spearhead the digital transformation of the Customer Development function through use of digital tools, technologies & processes.

- 6+ Years of Experience with leading org-wide transformation projects
- Past experience of handling digital & analytics projects
- Front-line sales experience
- Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across CD and other functions to define the strategic direction
- Ability to lead across multiple levels of the organization and help drive cultural change
- Ability to translate Company's data and analytics vision and strategy to CD to drive optimal alignment
- Understanding of consumer journeys.
