Responsibilities:
1. Evolve a culture and behavior shift through effective change interventions for supporting business aspirations and linked growth.
2. Deploy change management approaches/frameworks focusing on culture, people, leadership and process transformations.
3. Custodian of program management office to drive strategic projects aligned to business and change objectives.
4. Shift business unit towards agility, transformation and market relevancy.
5. Contribute to practice-building efforts such as project management, stakeholder experience, marketing and proactive/positive communication.
6. Actively leverage upon organization wide investments/initiatives and aid in its effective deployment for reaping benefits within linked business unit.
Work involves close liaison with business unit head and linked leadership team Transformation Lead, Healthcare and Data Science
Qualifications:
1. MBA or equivalent management degree with a background in humanities and social sciences.
2. 12-15 years of overall experience with atleast recent 5 years in organization strategy, consulting and leadership advisory functions.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering organization transformation and change management outcomes.

2. Well-developed collaborative nature and influencing skills - how you do things is often as important as what you do.
3. Energy, enthusiasm and focus along with contextual sensitivity and effectiveness across broad spectrum of people behaviors.
