Transformation Consultant - Black Belt - F&A Domain - BPO

Desired Experience: Transformation Consultant will be a hands on consultant with experience in either Lean/Six Sigma, or RPA or Trapeze implementations.

Skills:

SME in Finance & Accounting:

- Past track record of having worked in transformation (implementation) and/or deployment of RPA, Trapeze

- Self starter and ability to work independently and drive results with an eye for detail

Project Management:

- Proven experience to write BRDs /proven experience in RPA initiatives identification

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - PPT, Excel, Word

- Prior FAO/BPO delivery background preferred
