Job Description :

- Basic understanding of Transfer Pricing as a concept and provisions of TP law (definition of AE, methods etc.) in India

- Basic understanding of other direct tax concepts is welcome.

- Good communication skills - oral as well as written - knowing business English is very important

- Personal ownership for own work and performance

- Assist senior colleagues in understanding the clients business properly and helping the team in resolving the issues in a proper manner

- Being abreast of transfer pricing case laws

- To abide by KPMG risk and policies matter and if any issue arises report the same to his senior colleague.

- International Taxation Experience is a must
