Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and analysis.
- The Financial Assistant will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in auditing and financial closing processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.
- Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in financial software, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
