POSITION DESCRIPTION: DEPARTMENT : Sales & Marketing POSITION TITLE : Regional Key Accounts Manager SUPERIOR'S POSITION: Divisional Business Head KEY RESULT AREAS : 1. Manage, Support and Achieve the Sales Targets for Key Accounts, Corporate Chain Labs and Corp Hospitals all over India by building strong relationships with their leadership team. 2. Retain and mine the existing Key Accounts/Chain Labs/ Corp Hospitals. 3. Provide full support and Achieve customer Satisfaction for Key Accounts/Chain Labs/ Corp Hospitals. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: - To achieve objectives at Key accounts /Chain Lab/ Corp Hospitals sales & business development at National level. Key accounts management and Customer Relationship Management. Key Customer Satisfaction & Retention. - Establish and execute the strategy to build long term relationship with the Key Accounts/ Chain Labs / Corporate Hospitals to achieve organizations goals. - Responsible for implementing actions plans, perform analysis of accounts, competition, customers in order to gain share of wallet in defined accounts, drive growth and long term business engagement. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : - Responsible for existing and new Key account sales & business development at Zonal / Regional level. - Responsible for Key accounts management and Customer Relationship Management, - Key Customer Satisfaction & Retention - Responsible for Market Management. - Forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets, & executing them in a given time-frame with accountability of profitability. - Analyzing growth of key chains vis-a-vis our share in the Product category turnover and thereby provide corrective action plan for growth. - Strategically aligning with Zonal teams and cascading the learning to the Zones & devising business growth accordingly. - Periodic Review with the key Accounts and Channels. - Creation and implementation of innovative promotions. - Develop strategic relationships across the Key Accounts and build deep understanding of customer business. - Create Account plans; build data base / Intelligence of Key Decision makers, end user. - Responsible for the commercial performance and increase in share of wallet in assigned accounts. - One point contact for escalations of customer and system issues. - Cross functional collaboration with internal stake holders like Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Technical Service and Leadership to Key Accounts objective and customer satisfaction. - Work closely with marketing team, MARCOM to execute Marketing and customer engagement activities like Webinars/ Demos/ Seminars/ meetings with Key Decision makers of the account. - Adherence of Credit Control policies, achieving AR (collections)/ DSO targets. - In addition to the above you may be given additional responsibilities as per business requirement and your JD can be altered at the discretion of your superiors. REQUIREMENT PROFILE: (Qualification, No of yrs experience) Qualification: Desired: Min - B.Sc. / B.E. / B. Tech/ M.Sc. Plus PG / DMLT/MBA in Biomedical / Diagnostic / Healthcare industry No of yrs experience: 6+ years of experience with at least 5 years in handling Key accounts/ Corporate customers at Zonal/ Country level. Ability to influence and work in Matrix environment.
