Job Profile:

- Assumed an important role in debt syndication of diverse projects across segments viz., Large Corporate and Mid-Corporate; Strategic portfolio churning through down-selling of existing exposure and earning fee income in the process

- Arranged debt aggregating from Domestic lenders for projects across sectors including real estate, media, retail, manufacturing; Syndicated structured project loans in both primary & secondary market.

- Liaised with multiple stakeholders viz. lenders, client & legal counsel at each stage of transaction - assisting in drafting term sheets, preparing marketing materials, pitching deals to lenders, negotiation thereof with senior bankers/C-level executives & facilitating due-diligence, loan documentation

- Developed and deepened relationships with Indian Banks (Public and Private Sector) /NBFCs/Financial Institutions for business development

- Continuously liaised Clients/ Corporates at various levels for obtaining information and understanding the transactions in-depth, including client visits & plant visits

- Coordinated with the origination/project appraisal teams for preparation of information memorandums and financial models
