- Thorough understanding and knowledge of various laws related to undertaking transactions viz income-tax, company law, FEMA etc
- Managing and executing structuring and due diligence assignments.
- Develop and Implement accounts strategy for Transaction Tax offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments and market segments

- Create an environment for the team to think of innovations and to do things differently.
- Lead and coordinate the planning and management of medium / large assignments, independently: Pricing, Billing and Recovery
- Build recognition, Firm wide, and outside the firm for expertise in a specialised field and participate in firm wide teams or special projects across the Firm or making presentations at various forums
- Demonstrate an "ownership" attitude and a clear sense of vision and direction while promoting Firm's core values in delivering the assignments
- Periodic monitoring and reporting of assignment progress and other opportunities.
Client Responsibilities:
- Be proficient in establishing client relationships and effectively managing existing relationships to build client confidence.
- Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage client expectations and ensure outstanding client service.
- Provide a perspective on global trends and emerging practices on client assignments
- Proactively alert clients on business environment changes that would impact the client.
