Transaction & Business Advisory Services Role - CA

Job Description:

- Assisting the Partner in brainstorming on structuring transactions, corporate and promoter Group restructurings, succession planning, advisory on setting up IFSC GIFT City & overseas structures, advisory on foreign remittances, etc. including transaction documentation & execution

- Assisting the Partner with review and research on Income tax, FEMA, Companies Act, Stamp Duty, and other corporate & allied laws

- Family Office Advisory

- Assisting for Counsel opinions

- Liaising with Domestic Lawyers, other regulatory consultants for assistance with Implementation

- Liaising with Overseas tax advisors, Lawyers, other regulatory consultants

- Liaising with & accompanying for client meetings

- Overseeing and assisting for FEMA compliances for Family offices

- Overseeing SEBI Investment Advisory regulations and compliance

Experience & Qualification requirement for the candidate:

- Qualification - Chartered Accountant

- Experience - 2 to 10 years

Location: Pune

- Structuring / Transaction / Deal advisory - tax & regulatory

- Well-versed with FEMA regulations, ODI compliances, Income tax regulations, DTAAs, Companies Act, Indian stamp duty and other allied laws

- Hands-on experience in operating MS-Excel, Power point & Word

- Good at client communication - verbal & written
