Transaction Advisory Professional - Financial Services

Currently we have an excellent opportunity with one of the fastest growing Financial Services Company.

Location - Worli, Mumbai

Designation: Transaction Advisory

JD and Responsibilities:

1. Origination of a Transaction

2. Preparation of IM & Financial Models

3. Discussion with Investors and assistance in Term sheets

4. Analyse real estate backed loans, asset backed securities investments and assisted with structuring, executing and closing of significantly valued real estate deals across the capital structure

5. Review deal documentation and write investment memo for the investment committee

6. Private Equity

a) Deal sourcing & preliminary evaluation of the deals sourced

b) Structuring & execution of deals

7. Debt Syndication -Obtaining mandates for construction finance, lease rental discount, loan against property, acquisition & take out finance, loan restructuring & debt optimization, structured debt, leverage of equity base for growth capital

8. Private Broking / Investment Sales- Obtaining mandates for preleased /partially leased assets including presale of apartment blocks, land transactions & investments in schools, hospitals, warehouses etc.

9. Financial Advisory- Includes financial restructuring, capital re-organization, equity raising through private channels, fund exits

10. Financial Modeling, Feasibility Study, Corporate Restructuring, Financial & Accounting Due Diligence, Business Valuations, Presentation skills, Analytical skills, Training abilities

11. Understanding and analysis of business operations, financial statements, deal rationale, valuation multiples etc. Research and analysis of specific industry segment and preparing profile of potential targets.

12. Business modelling and undertaking valuation based on various approaches

13. Client meetings with support from AD/Managers

14. Financial Analyst and Relationship Management with Real Estate players, Financial Institutions, Financial Advisory and Financial Planning

Required skill set :

- High quality presentations, reports, memos, emails (internal and external)

- Should have independently structured deals / transactions and trouble-shoot in case required

- Ability to close the transaction when more than two intermediaries are involved as a prominent /principal representative of the Firm

- Ability to multi-task, work independently and network with outside agencies, fund houses, analysts etc.

- Good Analytical, Organizational and Communication skills
