Trans Maldivian - Quality & Compliance Auditor

Requirements :

1) Total 7 years of aviation experience with minimum of 4 years in aircraft Airworthiness/Operations

or Total 7 years of aviation experience with minimum of 4 years experience in Quality management systems / compliance monitoring functions

or Total 7 years of ISO/AS/IATA experience with minimum of 4 years experience in Aviation Quality management systems

2) AS 9100 Lead auditor Certificate

or ISO 9001 Lead auditor Certificate

or Total Quality Management/ Six-Sigma Certificate

or Safety Inspector/Auditor Certificate

or Any recognized Lead Auditor Certificate by approved agencies acceptable to Quality Manager (i.e. CAAs, IATA, AS/ISO, JAA, EASA, FAA, DGCA, etc.)

3) Regulatory trainings for Part145/Ops/AirCrew/21/M

Duties and Responsibilities :

1) Oversee and implement the Quality Assurance Program under the direction of the Quality Manager.

2) Write, amend, and distribute Quality System Manual (QSM) updates and procedures to relevant staff.

3) Maintain Quality Audit checklists and manage Q-pulse software for quality management.

4) Support organizational expansion and contribute to research and development efforts.

5) Assist in various audit-related tasks, including preparation, conducting audits across departments, and post-audit reporting, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and keeping the Q-Pulse database updated.
