Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and finalize daily schedules, considering regulatory and operational constraints, customer satisfaction requirements (passenger wait times, etc.), and business viability (higher load factors, lower flying times, etc.).
- Communicate with various departments, including dispatch, crew/ aircraft scheduling, and guest relations to execute the planned schedule as per the operational needs.
- Monitor and improve the schedule outputs from the in-house optimization software and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding schedule changes and make decisions considering cost and customer satisfaction trade-offs.
- Find opportunities to improve the Scheduling process to best suit the needs of on day execution.
Ideal Candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from tier 1 or tier 2 universities
- 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in areas of operations research, Fleet Management, or analytics.
- Proven ability to work comfortably with large amounts of information, with good analytical and reasoning skills.
- Fluent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Any background in Aviation, Fleet Management, or Operations Research is advantageous
