Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage and lead project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Facilitate project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Corporate Growth Projects:
- Assist the team in managing various initiatives, contributing to the achievement of corporate growth objectives.
Business Process Optimization:
- Understand and evaluate existing business processes, proposing enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Business Analytics:
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and project planning, leveraging insights derived from data analysis.
- Monitor various Company KPIs, deriving insights to suggest improvements and enhance overall performance.
Ideal Candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from Tier 1 colleges or MBA from Tier 2 colleges
- 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in areas of project management, business development, strategy, or analytics.
- Understanding of data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of Ownership, General curiosity to learn and involve in cross-departmental activities.
