Analyze and design the schedule considering:

- Regulatory constraints on operation start/ end times, and allowable weight limits per aircraft.

- Operational constraints of availability of landing/ parking space at different airports, availability of flight crew, aircraft availability, suitability of weather, turnaround delays, etc.

- Customer and consumer satisfaction requirements - minimize schedule changes, prompt communication, and contractual obligations on passenger waiting times.

- Business viability requirements of optimal load management and minimization of flying hours.

- Coordinate with various departments, including dispatch, crew/ aircraft scheduling, and guest relations, and ensure that the schedule is executed as planned.

- Work with the on-day operations team on the areas where the planned schedule is failing and improve the published schedule efficiency

- Developing and monitoring key performance metrics for daily scheduling and operations and executing strategic plans with teams to improve process optimization and functions

- Work on our in-house optimization and scheduling tools to create the daily schedule and suggest areas for improvement.

- Lead any projects relating to improving the efficiency of daily operations.

- Partnering with leaders from operations, customer experience, growth & marketing, and other departments on key strategic and operational priorities

- Any other assignment assigned by appropriate authorities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, or engineering)

- 2-4 years of business experience, preferably in areas of operations research, data-driven decision-making, or analytics.

- Ability to work comfortably with large information and to identify the gaps to improve processes.

- Have good Mathematics, analytical and reasoning skills.

- Ability to understand the Cost and Service Level trade-offs to make decisions.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English

- Proficiency in Excel and Intellectual curiosity

- Any experience in Aviation related jobs, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Research will be an added advantage.
