Your Challenge;
- Wearing many hats: partnering with leaders from operations, customer experience, product, growth & marketing, HR and other departments on key strategic and operational priorities
- Leading and supporting strategic business initiatives/projects assigned by the board and Senior management team
- Developing, leading and monitoring company-level key performance metrics and executing strategic plans with teams to improve business processes and functions
- Preparing and/or reviewing high level and complex written correspondence, organizational communication messages, proposals, papers and presentations
- Leading special & strategic projects (including exploration of new strategic initiatives)
The ideal candidate should have;
- Graduate degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Management from a top tier University
- 2-4 years of consulting or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses,
- Believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making
- Comfortability with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn
- Highly analytical mindset, comfortability with complex data sets and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
