Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule, production planning and stock.
- Maintain clean and safe workplace.
- Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies.
- Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources.
- Increase production capacity and flexibility while maintaining quality standards.
- Take responsibility for daily production output and product quality.
- Ability to manage multiple shifts.
- Monitor operations and take corrective actions to adhere to daily production targets.
- Share metrics and performance targets with top management.
- Recruit, manage and develop the work force.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Address employee issues or grievances.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
- Proven work experience as a Production Manager.
- Working experience in electronics production assembly will be an added advantage.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skill.
- Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
- Strong communication, management and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
- Familiarity with industry standards and technical expertise.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech (Electronics).
- Relevant 7-14 Years of production experience.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
Industry Preference: Electronics Manufacturing Industry Only.
