Job Overview:
- As the Head of Ecommerce & D2C, you will be responsible for developing and executing our direct-to-consumer strategy.
- You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, operations, and product teams to optimize our online sales channels, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
You will leverage your expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer acquisition to expand our customer base, strengthen brand loyalty, and maximize sales conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive D2C strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities to enhance our D2C capabilities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing and optimizing D2C operations, including e-commerce platforms, online customer experience, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze data and customer insights to identify trends, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between D2C operations, marketing initiatives, product launches, and supply chain management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the D2C space, providing strategic recommendations to maintain our competitive edge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of D2C initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role driving D2C strategy and operations.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing channels, and digital customer engagement.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand loyalty through D2C channels.
- Proficient in data analytics and using insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with theF ability to develop and execute innovative D2C strategies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics related to D2C operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
