Trajector - Product Owner

Role Purpose & Value:

1. Optimizes the value of the work that Agile teams do

2. Prioritized Backlog grooming

3. Detailed requirements definition

4. Creation of actionable User Stories

5. Definition of 'Done'

6. Leads estimation process based on capacity

7. Sprint planning & burndown monitoring

8. Acceptance of completed User Stories

9. Liaison between Product & Engineering

Responsibilities :

1. Emphasis on Prioritization, clarity, and backlog management

2. Analyze team performance and optimization

3. Facilitate communication with development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment

4. Plan and facilitate sprints, standups, reviews, and retrospectives

5. Create user stories and acceptance criteria

6. Continuous product improvement

7. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

8. Translate market insights into actionable items

Required Skills
