Training Role - Banking Products

Assists the Training Manager and Implementation managers to define training requirements and identify the appropriate approach for all implementations.

Assists with analysis of new product and product enhancements in the Core Banking, Payment & Cash Management product suites and participates in development of new training programmes or modifications or improvements

Is responsible for all User training in Core Banking, Payment or Cash Management implementations assigned.

Contributes to maintenance and update of user aids, training material, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials

Assists with the development & testing of training processes & procedures

Salary range - 7-10 LPA
