Manager – Training & Quality
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Location: Nasik
Reporting To: Vice president
- The purpose of the role is to facilitate and strengthen the programs run by the Quality Team with the aim of spreading Business Excellence within the Group. The organization is one of the large conglomerates of India having its presence in various sectors.
Job Description:
- Conduct training at campus and facilitate implementation of the post program projects at company workplace
- Act like a consultant for the trainees post training and advice on the way forward and help resolve bottlenecks
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training and develop appropriate training solutions / changes
- Develop, implement and conduct appropriate training programs to support identified needs
- Maintain a documented inventory of training which includes requirements, curriculum, etc.
- Update one self of latest happenings in Quality
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or/and MBA
- Exposure to functions like, Business Excellence, Quality Management Systems, New Product Development, Manufacturing etc.
- Hands on knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, TPS, TPM, QC Tools and Kaizen
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Focused on flawless execution
- Liking for training and mentoring
