JOB DESIGNATION: Training Program Manager

LOCATION: Mumbai

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

As part of integrated and global Learning and Development Faculty group and an extension of, the position is primarily responsible for:

Supporting the deployment of non-sales, early-to mid-level and individual leadership core curriculum in Region/Group, including program localization support during the design phase, program delivery and follow up.

Ensuring that learning and development practices and programs meet

Region/Group's L&D needs and support business goals and objectives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in partnership with HRBP and line partners in Region/Group to develop in-depth knowledge and a broad perspective of local learning and development needs in accordance with current and future business goals and objectives.

With the support and guidance of Global COE, develop a deep understanding of all program offerings, Operations, and LMS in order to serve as an effective Ambassador of in Region/Group and an L&D consultant to the local HR organization.

Based on comprehensive knowledge of local L&D needs, representing

Region/Group, provide strategic L&D input to new and existing global L&D programs / initiatives, support program localization including content reviews, translation reviews, content adjustment to make each and every global learning program relevant and meaningful for non-US participants, attend Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to be certified, deliver all the non-pipeline entry- to mid-level leadership programs, and conduct pre- and post-program follow up.

In partnership with Regional HR resources, develop and implement management/leadership development strategies, solutions and plans to support general and pipeline talent development.

Under the direction of Region / Group COE Leader and in partnership with all HRBPs, develop and execute annual training plan and administer annual program nominations / enrollment.

Support other ad-hoc local L&D initiatives/activities when necessary including L&D needs assessment/analysis, L&D communication, sourcing local programs if not available through Global COE. Identify, select and manage external training agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards

Serve as an active member of L&D Community of Practice within Global, exchange knowledge and experience, keep abreast of training and development research to advance the L&D function within International as well as globally.

Identifies the most effective & strategic interventions (make a difference or add value)

Measures the transfer of knowledge and skills from the training and evaluate both before & after the program results.

Ensuring that every L&D intervention has clear business focused aims that enable robust evaluation of the event's effectiveness, and measurement of return on investment.

Undertake evaluation of all L&D interventions at between one and three months following the event, and report against agreed KPIs.

Able to do assessments as required and follow it up with required solutions / actions that help bring the desired results.

Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times. To keep up to date with current thinking on training practice and methods; e-learning development and - rapid- on-line software technology.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:

- MBA -HR / Ph.D / Master's Degree (Organizational Psychology, Training) from premium insitute only.

- Fluent in local language and English.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 to 10 years progressively responsible HRBP and/or L&D experience. MDT experience preferred.

- High level of English proficiency

- Experience in how to work and communicate in international environments preferably in Matrix organizations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Willingness to travel within AREA and occasionally outside one's home AREA.
