Job Description: Training/OD Specialist
1. Conduct Training Needs Identification and Analysis : Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
2. Content Development and Design Training modules : Develop training manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts, visual materials, case studies, role plays, simulations
3. Manage end to end large Training Projects : Organizing, planning, and prioritizing Work - Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. Make decisions and solve problems - Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
4. Facilitate Training sessions particularly leadership development, management development, skill will development and coaching for mid level executives, senior managers and HODs.
5. Experience in designing and conducting Assessment / Development Centres

8. Display stress tolerance by dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
9. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Power point
