PFB the JD for the above mentioned position:

1. No. of Positions-2 Semi Technical telecom process.

2. About 13-14 Universal Trainer (PST/V&A) will be reporting under this position.

3. Managing Training Performance in terms of their development, Hygiene, call hours, process knowledge, delivery, collaboration with operations.

4. Grooming New trainers.

5. Activities involved- Administration, reporting, performance review.

Note:

1. 1 year valid exp as training Manager or 3 yrs exp as Assistant Manager Training.

2. Good knowledge in terms of US/UK process (culture and communication).
