One of our client a leading A leading CRM and ERP Product Development Organization specializing in both on cloud as well as on-premise models catering to Indian and other MNC's is looking for Technical Product Trainer Female

TECHNICAL PRODUCT TRAINER

- Passionate trainer skilled in developing and delivering training material for our product- and organizational process.

JD

- Identify 'In-house Training needs' across the levels of the organization for our Software Product

- Design and develop training programmes and deliver the (instructor led) training to internal and External Customers (as and when required) .

- Prepare annual training calendar and execute and coordinate the programs

- Conduct training follow-up session and measuring effectiveness of training

- Ensure active participation in developing training assessments for participant evaluation

- Evaluate and monitor the quality of training program and the trainer performance

- Maintain a Training MIS

- Be a quick learner, strong relationship builder and team player that can multitask and perform.

- Work independently with minimum supervision

- Transfer knowledge clearly to others and simplify complex information

- Be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing business priorities

Essentials

- Excellent English skills

- Passion for training

- Excellent communication skills

Roles and responsibilities

- Candidate will be responsible training employees on product either independently or in coordination with the Product Manager.

- Should be able to present and narrate the topics well with business case.

- Do technical comparison of our product against key competitor in consultation with Product Manager

- Conduct training for the new hires on our software product and Training for New Customers

- Develop the course content (power point presentation, case studies, exercises, test paper, etc)

- Should have experience of motivating & developing teams including performance management & appraisals

- Should have minimum 2 year of experience in Training

- Confident and should posses good personality

- Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written. Conveying ideas and opinions clearly to others, making use of unambiguous language, gestures and non-verbal communications; adapting language and terminology appropriately

- Have a high degree of integrity, tact and diplomacy.

- Candidate will also perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
