Training Manager/ Talent Development
- Conduct Development Needs Analysis to identify technical training needs
- Liaison with vendors for identification of trainers based on needs
- Schedule programs and publish monthly calendar on time
- Understand the use of existing Learning Management System and support process of migration to global system
- Identify and understand needs of business & employees in their current roles and design programs catering to their needs
- Work close with MIS team to ensure on time and accurate reporting of all training metrics.
- Monitor timely update attendance and feedback in the training tool
- Publish training feedback reports for performance reviews and audit requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in using experiential learning techniques in designated situations
Experience Level: 7+ years
Job Location: Chennai
Educational Qualification: Full time Master's degree is a must
