- Responsible for conducting facilitative training skill as per business requirement
- Overall responsible to organize trainings with super user, BSD, Academy, GTM etc.
- TNI and content support as per requirement of team.
- Ensure employee activation on learning modules.
- Extremely good knowledge of training customer service domain.
- Should be from the industry.
- Facilitation skills - should be currently in training profile & conducting training sessions for employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mentoring & coaching ability.
- 8 - 12 years of relevant working experience.
- 3 - 5 years latest experience as a Training Lead in a Shipping Industry.
- Training Lead experience required for Voice and Email / Chat process.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience of team management (preferred)
