Position : Training Manager - Retail Branch Banking

Work Location : Surat, Mumbai, Pune

Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom trainings on an average of 15 training days per month.

- Will have to visit branches allocated and discuss processes and training requirements

- Will be one point contact for approximately 100 branches for Training requirements

- Follow up with staff for completion of online certifications

- Creation of Online modules for various job roles of the Branch

- Support the Question Bank team with continuous inflow of questions on various topics

- Co-ordination with various Business heads on training requirements and keep them updated on training activities on a regular frequency

- Co-ordinate with external trainers to get the staff trained on behavioral trainings.

- Co-ordination with Line-HR to ensure smooth On Boarding of New joinees and timely training on existing staff.

- Designing of new programs as per the requirements that would come from time to time.

Requirements

- Education: Any Post Graduate/Professional Degree

- Minimum 6 years of work experience in training for Branch Banking. Should be at least a year and a half in training.

- Core Competencies: Good Interpersonal & Influential skills

- Good Communication Skills

- Preferred skill(s): JAIIB, CAIIB, NCFM Certification, AMFI Certification, Internal Certification
