Training Manager - Retail banking process
- 7-10 years of experience in process or product training in retail banking domain
- Training manager having experience in all aspects of developing and implementing employees training programs, looking for challenging work in a reputed organization
- Managing Training operations Retail banking processes - Credit cards, mortgages - comprising of voice and non voice work types
- Should be managing a group of trainers
- Design and development of training modules, owning knowledge management - maintaining and updating the signed off training content and various documents
- Responsible for identifying TNI/TNA, designing the training calendars, implementing training plans
