- Identifying Training needs & developing programs at different levels of Sales function.
- Building a talent pipeline at Sales Rep, FLSM & SLSM levels.
- Develop competency development strategy,
- Building medical credibility of the medical sales team
- Building Commercial credibility of the Trade sales team
- Build a training team
- Induction program for new joinees at all levels.
- Designing a robust tracking mechanism to measure the effectiveness of competency development progress and all training programs.
Education Background :
- Science graduate
- Post-graduation & Training certification will be preferred.

- Planning & Organizing.

- Computer Skills (Word, Excel & power point).
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Communication Skills.
Experience Needed (Professional) :
- Minimum 5+Years - experience in the training Domain with a leading Multinational Company
