- Ensuring the roll outs of all new managerial training programmes
- Ensuring the roll out of newer training models to all Managers in line with Company's way of Selling and Coaching
- Ensuring all manager's report through online coaching tool keeping in mind the required development of their individual Field person
- Give constructive feedback on both (on the job and online coaching)for better development and creating talent pool within the organisation
- Ensuring that manager's give right coaching and feedback thus helping them in retaining good people and harnessing talent for the organisation
