Training Manager - NGO

Training Manager Required for well known NGO

Our client provides educational opportunity to girls, from socially and economically disadvantaged communities of India, who traditionally have no access to schooling.

Their aim is to break the cycle of illiteracy that girls from such communities are mired in. 100% of donor funds go towards educating girls. The vision of this NGO is to transform the lives of women, families and entire communities in India by the education and empowerment of the girl child.

This is a permanent position based in Gurgaon and needs to be closed asap.

To qualify for this position you should :

- Be PG in management/social development

- Have 5 to 8 years of total experience

- Have strong relevant experience in creating Training programmes

- Have experience in reviewing and monitoring all the training programmes being provided either directly or by other agencies

- Have experience in the social sector, with programmes being implemented in the rural areas

- Have experience in functions related to training programmes and human resource development (Preferably)

- Must be willing to travel to rural areas

- Should have decent communication and presentation skills

- Be currently from Gurgaon or nearby areas
