Training Program Design:
- Develop and execute training programs focused on enhancing soft skills, communication, and interpersonal skills for all team members
- Design specialized training modules tailored to the needs of the teams based on TNI.
Training Needs Analysis:
- Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs across different departments
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand specific skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Training Delivery:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions across teams, utilizing a variety of training methods, including workshops - Inbound and Outbound, role-plays, and online modules
- Provide hands-on coaching and support teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- The incumbent will closely work with the Group Head HR for delivering Leadership Programs.
Training Evaluation:
Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve and refine training initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Communicate training schedules, expectations, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Making Monthly & Quarterly Training Calendars and abiding them for delivery.
Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and collaborate with external training vendors, if necessary, to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external training partners.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations.
- Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness, progress, and areas for improvement.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.
- Integrate innovative approaches to training to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology-based training solutions.
- Certification in Training and Development (e. g. , CPTM) is a plus.
