Life Skills program is aimed at enabling employee's become engaged professionals, who can do meaningful work, build great careers, and make company a great place to work. These include skills like collaboration and teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, professionalism, communication. The position is open for a Learning and Development Manager who is passionate about helping employees learn and grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify their team learning needs for Life Skills
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs in Life Skills
- Designing and facilitating workshops for Life Skills both virtual and in-person globally
- Build company specific case studies and simulations
- Identify and work with external partners to develop and implement learning programs
- Enable employees to take psychometric assessments that can lead to their self-discovery
- Build learning communities for Life Skills
- Evaluate success of the learning programs and communicate key stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams in the Human Capital function to drive organization wide initiatives
Qualification
- Minimum seven years of experience in Learning and Development function with at least four years of program design and facilitation
- Excellent facilitation skills with very high feedback from for global and Indian audience
- Experience in working with external stakeholders to implement learning programs
- Experience and knowledge in writing case studies and building simulations
- Excellent communication including oral and written, coordination, and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills which includes ability to work with and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders
- Experience in working extensively with any of the learning management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, MS Forms, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience in applying blended learning and adult learning techniques
- Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrate ownership, willingness to learn and grow, bias to action, and build trusting relationships
- Ability to work under ambiguity and imperfect knowledge
- Masters in psychology or Human Resource from Tier 1 institutions in India
