Training Manager
Job Description :
- Conduct Competency Assessment and developed Competency Framework for various roles across organisation
- Setting up training calendar for employees and ensuring adherence of the same
- Developing training framework and implementation of the same
- Identifying training needs across levels through Training needs identification/ competency assessment
- Preparing yearly and monthly training calendar and facilitate to receive nomination
- Develop robust framework for Training Effectiveness using Kirk Patrick's methodology
- Ensure compliance to various audits as Department representative by maintaining various training records.
- Feedback management for the participants
