Urgent JOB Opening FOR Training Manager (Content Development)
JOB PROFILE:-
1. The candidate will be primarily responsible of rolling out highly standardised and updated content to deliver best in class training, thereby enabling high quality training interventions.
2. Design and structure various e-learning courses.
3. To create learning material for all equity Sales and Dealing channels.
4. Identity training needs, participant's profiles and learning outcomes expected.
5. To assist in the ongoing efforts of capturing training needs.
6. Upgrading of existing modules based on feedback.
7. To source, evaluate and recommend modules from external vendors.
8. Should be able to research and continuously apply instructional design methodologies.
9. Should be able to work with subject matter experts (SME) to assess, design, and develop web-based, training materials/storyboards based on high level design strategies.
