- Conduct Various Training for various levels like Tele callers/Team Leaders/Customer Relationship Executives.
- End to End Responsible for Process Training/OJT Phase & Complete Training Ownership from end to end.
- Provide guidance & support to new hires to deliver as per targets.
- Responsible for quality, timeliness, Attrition and process compliance in all deliverables.
- Improve efficacy of training by exploring new training methodologies (15% improvement every year).
- Manage multiple locations
