Training Manager - BFSI

We are Looking for Training Manager (Manager/ Sr. Manager Grade) with min 4 yrs of Exp in Training.

Candidate will be delivering Training however would be responsible for Entire Training Management

- Planning, Organizing and Administering Training Programs.

- Single Point of Contact between the trainers and the heads of different divisions.

- Managing Training Calendar,TNI & Audit Compliance

- ROI, Feedback Analysis

- Check competency & Identify development plan for each employee.

- Prefer from BFSI/Stocking Broking Company.
